Foreland
An 85,000-square-foot contemporary arts campus in Catskill, New York, built into three 19th-century mill buildings on the bank of Catskill Creek. The project houses four exhibition spaces, 31 artist studios, a restaurant, and a waterfront promenade, and was the site for NADA’s annual upstate fair.
Partnership
DANA MANNIX worked with Halmos toward the opening of Foreland, securing press coverage and heightening the project's profile as it launched onto the national stage. From there, DANA MANNIX continued to provide public relations, social media management, marketing positioning, sponsorship strategy, and crisis communications as the campus has grown into an established destination in the Hudson Valley arts corridor.
