WHO WE ARE

With nearly two decades of combined experience, we have worked in-house at top commercial and non-profit art institutions around the world. Our combined expertise spans from producing large-scale art fairs and events to managing strategic marketing and public relations campaigns for some of the most prestigious museums, spaces, and artists worldwide.

We are experts on ways in which the cultural sector can stay relevant, appeal to broader audiences, and dip its toes in adjacent industries like technology, fashion, and design.

Alix Dana specializes in long-term strategic development, with a background in art fair management and special events. She has the unique experience of producing and managing dozens of high-caliber, private and public facing events across the United States and internationally.

Alix was the Director of Independent art fair, having run 7 editions of the fair in New York and Brussels from 2015-2019. Dana was also a senior media strategist for Nadine Johnson & Associates, where she managed logistics and long-term global media campaigns around many high-profile international museum openings and events—namely, the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in Moscow; the opening of the new downtown Whitney Museum of American Art; and the opening of Museo Jumex in Mexico City; the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center in Moscow; the Dallas Art Fair; Americans for the Arts’ National Art Award; the Miami Design District; SOLUNA Festival of Art & Design; among others.

Hyatt Mannix is an expert in raising awareness for institutions, artists, and special initiatives through media relations, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Hyatt has held senior in-house marketing and communications positions at the New Museum, David Zwirner Gallery, High Line Art, Kickstarter and Performa. She has executed top-to-bottom marketing and public relations plans for exhibition openings, artists’ careers, programming, art fairs, and special events. Her inventive digital marketing tactics and longstanding relationships with highly esteemed arts and culture journalists help clients establish a nimble strategy and meet their goals in a rapidly changing and oversaturated landscape.
